Naruto has seven chakra attributes: fire, wind, thunder, earth, water, yang, and yin. Most ninjutsu in Naruto use one or more of these attributes. The Five Release Ninjutsu incorporates the five major chakra attributes. Earth Escape is an earth release ninjutsu that summons earth and rocks to change the terrain. The First Hokage, Hashirama, could potentially create a green community using this technique. Earth Release can also manipulate the body, such as bringing the deceased back to life as puppets. Water Release is associated with the Second Hokage and Kisame. The Second Hokage's Water Release can release high-speed water needles, while Kisame can create a devastating shark water bomb.
